Yoga is an experiential science. All yoga practices are essentially psycho-physiological, experiential and transcendental in nature. It is a methodology whereby we integrate all faculties in such a way so to feel well being at all levels of existence. Yoga understands health and well-being as a dynamic continuum of human nature and not merely a state to be reached and maintained.
