With the advancement in technology, most of the people have lost touch with their core selves. Stress and strain of odd working hours along with sedentary lifestyle has taken a toll on their health. People are facing a big-time challenge to balance their personal and professional lives.
Work pressures, multi-tasking and divided attention has resulted in the overall low productivity. Coping with the lifestyle diseases is snuffing out lives and taking away productive years. Various factors like incorrect sitting posture, long working hours on computer, talking on phone while typing, irregular eating habits, rigorous travel, night shifts, rotating working hours etc. have brought along a lot of health hazards.

Hence, Shivanjali's Yoga came up with working with Corporates, as workplace is the place where any individual gives in his/her fresh qualitative and quantitative hours of the daily life.

Online Sessions
We help your onsite employees, contractors and clients have yoga delivered as per their schedule.

General Instructions
People are requested,
- To duly fill and send across the yoga registration form 3 days before the session.
- To take their places at-least 5 minutes before the session start time.
- To wear loose clothes, preferably T-Shirt and Track Pants (and to carry their own hand towels/paper napkins and a small water bottle)
- To inform before the start of the session with regards to any chronic ailments they are suffering from.
- To join in with clear bowels and a shower.
- To be either empty stomach if the session happens early morning, or to have a gap of 45 mins (light breakfast) – 4 hours (lunch) before the start of practice.
- To carry their personal hard cushion to sit if the need be.
