Shachie Shivanjali Mansingh

(Born in Lucknow, studied in Indore and works in Pune, India)

Shachie feels a deep sense of gratitude towards the Almighty who kept unfolding life’s challenges before her in such a way that after having pursued her formal education, she finally chose to land herself up in the field of yoga as a professional. She takes immense pride in being able to land up stronger, wiser, more mature and a balanced healthy happy being. 

Her connect and love for yoga in the undeniable process of soul searching is so strong and true that it inspires her to practice, work and deliver sessions that aim at practicing awareness at all times thus removing the excesses of ego and conditionings which are the major cause of all existential problems. Instructions focus on being, accepting and bringing out the essential qualities that all humans share. In usual life it means, being consciously aware of the happenings around yet being non-reactive, attempting to get rid of the I am-ness that brings in the feeling of being a doer, letting go of the conditionings that limit individuals reach their potential physically and mentally, and working on the habits that prevent them to experience the essence and the natural flow of matter without interference.

On the technical level, she uses the limbs of Ashtanga Yoga of Patanjali and Hatha Yoga to help people from diversified fields experience yoga in its most undiluted form and develop it as a part of their lifestyle.

Shachie has spent over 7 years in the field of yoga. She has trained guests at Taj Lands’ End, Entrepreneurs and Business Owners, Bollywood Celebrities, Senior Executives (CEO’s, MD’s, Vice Presidents and GM’s), Tech Consultants and IT Professionals, Harvard Professors, Japanese Delegates, Politicians and Home-makers. 

She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Education from Kaivalyadham, Lonavla and is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-200) in Advance Pranayama and Hatha Yoga from Yoga Alliance, USA.  She is a QCI-Level 2 Yoga Teacher from the Ministry of Ayush and a member of International Federation of Yoga Professionals (IFYP) too.
